“Dan and Stephen are great! We've been with them for about 9/10 months. They are very knowledgeable in their craft, always on time, and courteous. They work with you if you have to reschedule. Whatever they use works! We haven't had any major pest issues or infestations. We see something in our home every blue moon (e.g., spider, earwig); and it's either dead or near death. Majority of the time it's dead. As long as my husband and I live in Chattanooga, Pest Tech will be our pest control guys!”

They didn't try and add little extra fees for each little thing and were committed to get the job done until it was done, which in my case required a few follow up visits. Also, I knew I had a pest problem at the house and I had 3 other inspectors from other companies come do an inspection and they couldn't find a thing, but within 5 min. of showing up, Pest Tech found the source of my problems and began to treat it. We switched from a bigger pest control company where the service was horrible and you never knew who was going to show up at your house because they had a different person each visit. Now with Pest Tech - Dan shows up quarterly and anytime we call with additional problems - like advice on how to get squirrels out of the attic! He is always very professional and takes extra time to address any concerns I have. This last visit he checked all our mattresses for bed bugs because I told him my daughter woke up with mystery bug bites on her legs. Thankfully we had none, but I am glad he checked without even having to be asked. It is refreshing to find a company and person (Dan) that cares about their customers to go the extra mile!”
